Effectively communicating rehabilitation opinions relative to life care and vocational issues - including in personal injury, workers' compensation, Social Security, marital dispute, and employment law proceedings.

 

EARNING CAPACITY ASSESSMENT-

Interviewing, testing, analyzing data from source documents, conducting labor market surveys and other research, and projecting future earning capacity.

           
 

QUALITY OF LIFE ASSESSMENT-

Assessing the impact of impairment, injury, or other traumatic life event on a people's social psychological, vocational, financial, physical, educational, and leisure activities; assessing the impact of treatment or additional training; considering these factors as they relate to quality of life issues.

 

JOB ANALYSIS-

Identifying essential functions and associated physical and mental demands, academic requirements, aptitudes, temperaments and related characteristics of job for placement of impaired workers, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
